Tales of a Designer

Welcome Rebooters!

I would just like to welcome all the rebooters to Tales of a Designer. Although this site has been up for about two months, I had planned some doing it for the reboot, I just got a little impatient. I spent all yesterday making some minor tweaks to the design, and adding a little bit of color.

Before it was all just monotone, with grey, black and white. I figured I need a little bit of color to make the page come alive and blue was the color of choice. The minor tweak that I made to the site over the last couple of days makes me alot more comfortable with the look and feel of the site.

My goal for this site is to write alot more about my experiences as a young designer. This is also the platform for my portfolio, although I am thinking that I might design a seperate site for it. But that will not be for awhile.

I love the CSS Reboot. It is interesting to see the amount of traffic that hits my site when the reboot days come about. Hopefully I will be able to participate in all of them because it gets your site out there for tons of people to see. I will more than likely check back in later this week to link to the sites that I think are the most impressive, in my eyes at least. I have a big feeling that some designers are going to bring their ‘A’ game for this reboot. So I expect to see some very nice looking sites.

So I hope you like the site, and I would encourage you to come back soon, because I plan on updating a little more often now.
