I just got the new keyboard and am really lovin it ! I think it all makes a lot of sense. On the contrary of what is said here, it doesn’t kill your wrists. It’s quite more comfortable than any keyboard I’ve used before as it feels almost like you are typing on the desk rather than on a keyboard there is no angle and no tension at all in the wrists. Actually, it makes you kinda wish the thing was really totally flat!

Also, after a very short while to get used to it, I am typing much faster in it than any previous desktop keyboard I used before. The low height of the keys allow are what makes the difference. It is a lot less tiring to use as your fingers don’t have to be raised as much as on other keyboards.

Could it be that the smaller wireless keyboard is based on the philosophy of doing stuff from anywhere in the house, even on the couch? With big monitors like that, and Apple TV, people might use this one as a kind of big remote control, no? No numerics would make sense then.

I agree with Beth, I think it looks awesome but I wouldn’t pay that much for just a new keyboard.

But I’m on a MacBook Pro so I don’t really have to worry:)
